MICROCHIPPING
Price includes Microchip and registration with the NZCAR animal register (online NZ database) for one cat or dog. One registration fee for the lifetime of the animal (unless replacement chip required)

REMOVAL OF DRAINS OR STITCHES
Performed only with your veterinarians approval. Stitches normally removed 10-14 days post operation. Drains normally 3-5 days post op.

Such as: subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, tablet giving, oral preparations, suppositories, eye drops and ear treatments. Can also assist owners with diabetic stabilisation and insulin injections.

HEALTH CHECK AND BEHAVIOUR CONSULTATION
The vet nurse 'nose to toe' Includes a health assessment of eyes, ears, skin and coat, weight check, temperature check, heart rate and respiration rate measured, mouth and teeth check, body condition assessment and nutrition consultation, behaviour / training and enrichment tips.

EAR PLUCKING, GROOMING, BATHING AND CLIPPING
We can pluck ears, clip and remove knots or dags, clean and trim fur that can potentially cause distress or damage. Examples may be long fringes, between foot pads, and trimming coats for allergic animals or knotted/matted coats. We are not trained in the art of specific breed cuts or cosmetic grooming.
$80 for initial half hour, $30 per half hour additional
RENAL CARE, SUBCUTANEOUS FLUID ADMINISTRATION
Under discussion and recommendation from your veterinarian. Fluid therapy for renal impaired patients.

NEW PET HEALTH CHECK, BEHAVIOUR CONSULTATION AND OWNER EDUCATION
Designed for most small animals, from kittens to rehomed older cats, new puppies or rescue dogs, to bunnies, rats, mice, birds and even fish! Perfect for new pet owners who need a broader understanding of their pet's needs. So much can be covered within this consultation and it will be tailored for each owner and their pet.
The perfect gift for a child starting out as a pet owner. Can be purchased as a 1 hour consultation or a number of consutations for further learning and assistance during the beginning of the exciting journey.
Topics are varied and extensive and may include:

FIRST AID OWNER OR GROUP EDUCATION
A chance to learn emergency first aid, and life saving skills. One on one training or groups up to 6 people. Depending on the time, topics may include:

- Rescue Breathing, and CPR
- Trauma and Shock
- Wounds and Bleeding

TRANSPORT / PET TAXI SERVICE
We can transport your pet to and from the veterinarian or specialist, airport or kennels. Pick up and drop off charges are determined by kilometres travelled and time.
Call out fee from $20, Charge to and from destination - per Kilometre $1

HOME HOSPITALISATION AND BOARDING
Boarding in our vet nurse's home. Food can be supplied at owners cost. Transport to veterinary / physio and other appointments may incur travel charges
$40 - $80 per night
All our mobile prices include travel and 30 minutes of consultation time.
Our mobile prices include travel to the Auckland Central and Waitakere Regions, and up to 20km from our Glendene base. Travel further afar (North Shore, Rodney, Manukau, Papakura and Waiheke may incur extra costs.
Our veterinary nurse is not qualified to diagnose or treat medical illnesses.
We can not legally dispense medication or carry drugs with us.
If your pet is sick, they MUST seek the treatment of a qualified veterinarian.
We can transport your pet to the veterinary clinic if required.
Our veterinary nurse assists you with pet care at home. We are able to offer intensive nursing care, or medical treatment when under strict communication and direction by your veterinarian. Full written history of your pet's consultation will be shared with your veterinarian unless requested otherwise.
