Walking services

One-on-one dog walking and enrichment.

Some dogs need little walking, but require company and mental stimulation while you are busy at work; others need to run and bounce away their excess energy! This service is tailored to meet your dog’s individual needs: old, young, fast, furious, slow or sleepy: one-on-one walking, interactive games, and enrichment with an experienced vet nurse.

We will collect and transport your dog to safe, dog-friendly locations where we will provide a fun and interactive session for your dog.

Our nurse follows positive reinforcement methods and operates with maturity, compassion and integrity.

Your dog’s walks can be mapped and photographed, and their progress shared with you. We aim to return your fur child to you fully stimulated and happy!

We are currently offering this service in Central and West Auckland $40 per hour or $30 per half hour. All Auckland areas possible - travel charges may apply. We walk one dog at a time and on-leash for safety. It may be possible to arrange two dogs to be walked together - a second walker may be required. Price negotiated.

Discounts offered if more than one walk in a week.

A tailored plan will be developed with you. Time spent with your dog may involve:

  • One-on-one, on leash walking,

  • Training commands used (sit, stay, lie down etc),

  • Cognitive exercises (treat games, search and find games),

  • Fetch, retrieval and ball games,

  • Swimming,

  • Massage,

  • Cuddles!

  • Health care options (Flea, worm treatments, nail clipping, grooming)

  • Weight loss programs (nutrition consultation also)
